Ordering

How does order confirmation work?

Immediately after your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, this is also the receipt for your purchase. If you wrote something wrong in your email address when ordering, the confirmation will not reach you, then contact our customer service and we will help you. Please note that sometimes the order confirmation ends up in spam, so feel free to look there before contacting us.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible, depending on how far your order has progressed in processing, we will be happy to help you stop it.
If the order has already been sent, you of course still have your right to return, but the order must be picked up from the delivery point and sent back in order not to be handled as an undelivered package which is associated with fees.

Can I change my order?

You cannot change anything yourself in the online store, but contact our customer service, depending on where the order is in the processing, we will be happy to help you with changes.

How do I pay for my order?

We offer the most common payment methods on the market like credit card, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Goofle Pay depending on country.

How do I use a gift card/discount code?

In the checkout there is a field where you enter your discount code, the value of this is then deducted from your final total.

How much is the shipping fee?

We have a fixed shipping rate of 4.99€

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Europe. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How is my package sent?

Our orders are mainly sent with PostNord. Depending on the size of the package, it can either be delivered to your home as a registered letter or alternatively to the post office's nearest delivery point where you can collect your shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually, your order is sent the day after you place your order, which means a delivery time of approx. 2-4 days. We very high load, the delivery time can be up to 5-10 days, but this is extremely unusual.

I have not received a delivery notification?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive, depending on the delivery method, either a text message or an email with a tracking link. When the package reaches your delivery point, you will receive a notification from the post office that it is available for collection, if you entered the wrong email or mobile number, the notifications will not work. If you suspect that this is the case, contact our customer service and you will get the information you need.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order

The European Distance Trading Act states that you have the right to a 14-day open purchase. We think this is too short a time and with us you therefore always have 30 days open purchase. This means that you have 30 days from the time you received your order to either exchange the product or get your money back. As a customer, you have the right to open the packaging to try the product. To receive a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

If you return all or part of your order, depending on the payment method you originally chose, either your invoice will be cancelled/corrected, or the amount will be refunded to the card or account you made your payment from. All changes and updates are confirmed via email. Once the return has been registered, it takes 2-5 banking days before you see a possible refund in your account.

How do I know what size I should order?

We have a detailed size guide that you can use and compare measurements with a garment you have at home.

In general, you can say that the basic tee is normal in size and straight in model. The Girly Tee is small in size and fitted.
If you are unsure which size to choose for the Girly Tee, we recommend that you choose the larger one.

How do you get celebrities and logos printed on your clothes?

Hybris Production AB holds several exclusive licenses from, among others, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, King Features, DC Comics, Warner Bros, Paramount, Nickelodeon, Hasbro and CBS.
We have rights to create and print artwork from their productions.
We also buy in licensed products from various wholesalers where we do not hold our own licenses.

I must have an item by a certain date. Can it be solved?

We usually deliver within 2-4 days, but if you feel unsure or must have your order by a certain day, contact our customer service and we can give you more information and prioritize your order.

General

Do you have a physical store?

No. Shirtstore only sells online. However, we sell part of our range to retailers via www.hybrisonline.com and in many locations we have retailers with physical stores.

Can I become a reseller for you?

Yes. Most of our range is available for distribution to retailers. You can find our wholesale store at www.hybrisonline.com

May I use your photos for my blog or report?

Yes you may. But you must always indicate us as the source when you use our images.

I'm great at design and I think I have designs that suit you, how do I do it?

We are always interested in new designs and artwork. Send an email along with some low-resolution sketches to support@shirtstore.eu and we will get in touch with you.
